1. Introduction

Welcome to Securitanium, (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our email scanning plugin (“Securitanium App” or "Securitanium Plugin") which analyzes emails to detect potential phishing attempts. By installing and using the Plugin, you agree to these Terms. Only “Allow Interaction” if you agree with these Terms.

2. User Consent

By granting permission to access your email, you acknowledge and consent to the Plugin’s ability to read and analyze email content, including email headers and body and any images in it. This access is used solely for the purpose of detecting and reporting potential phishing attempts.

3. Purpose and Use of Data

The Plugin will access the following information from your emails:

• Email headers
• Email body text
• Images inside email

This information is processed to determine whether the email is potentially malicious. The analysis is conducted based on algorithms and heuristics designed to identify phishing characteristics.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. The information collected by the Plugin is used solely for the purpose of phishing detection and is not stored.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to permit the Plugin to access and analyze your email content. You must not use the Plugin to access or analyze emails that you do not have permission to view.

6. Accuracy and Limitations

While we strive to provide accurate results, the Plugin may occasionally misclassify emails. We do not guarantee the Plugin will identify all phishing emails or that it will not incorrectly flag legitimate emails as malicious. You agree that we are not liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the Plugin’s analysis.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Plugin, including but not limited to any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data or profits.

8. Indemnification

You agree not to hold Securitanium, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Plugin.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms. Your continued use of the Plugin after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Plugin at our discretion, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of country we (Securitanium) are based in without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Plugin will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pakistan.
